Terms and Conditions of Booking / Cancellation Policy

Payments: 

A first night deposit will be processed after booking has been made.  
Full payment of booking is processed 7 days prior to check in date.

Group Bookings: 
Where two or more Chalets are booked for one group, a first night deposit of each Chalet is required on booking.  Full payment of booking is required 14 days prior to check in date. 

Cancellations:   
Cancel within 7 days of check in date no refund will be provided. 

Cancellation of Group Bookings:
Cancel within 14 days of check in date, no refund will be provided.

Please reconsider booking through online travel agent sites, booking terms may be inflexible.  

If electricity is required overnight for an Electric Vehicle there will be a charge $25.00 per night.

School Holidays, Long Weekends, Easter, Christmas :

Minimum night stays may change during School Holidays, Christmas, Easter, Long Weekends.  

As we are a small business we are not in the position to offer refunds.  We highly recommend personal travel insurance.
