Term and Conditions of Booking / Cancellation Policy

Due to the recent COVID19 policy changes by the Western Australian State Government, Terms and Conditions on booking of accommodation has changed as at February 2022

Payments: 
A first night deposit will be processed after booking has been made.  
Full payment of booking is required 7 days prior to check in date.

Group Bookings: 
Where two or more Chalets are booked for one group, a first night deposit of each Chalet is required on booking.  Full payment of booking is required 14 days prior to check in date. 

Interstate Travellers: All guests shall comply with all Government (Federal and State) COVID-19 vaccination or testing requirements for entry into Western Australia and/or any requirements imposed to access Tourism Accommodation.  Where the guest does not meet a vaccination or testing requirement prior to departure from the guests home location or upon arrival in Western Australia, the customer will forfeit any and all monies paid.  Bushy Lake Chalets will not be available for 7 day isolation requirements. 

Cancellations:   
Cancel within 7 days of check in date no refund will be provided except under exceptional circumstances.

Cancellation of Group Bookings:
Cancel within 14 days of check in date, no refund will be provided.

In the current uncertainty of COVID19, we highly recommend Travel Insurance to cover unexpected situations.

Please consider booking through online travel agent sites.  Booking terms may be inflexible.  

If electricity is required for overnight for an Electric Vehicle there will be a charge $25.00 per night.
