Cancellation Policy / Terms and Conditions of Booking
A first night deposit will be processed on the 1st of the month prior to the month of your stay. For example: 1 November process of deposit for a December booking.
Cancel 7 days prior to check in date and receive full refund of deposit. Cancel within the 7 days no refund will be provided except under exceptional circumstances. If a cancellation has occurred due to a State Government of Western Australia lockdown the deposit will go towards a credit voucher for a future stay.
All guests shall comply with all Government (Federal and State) COVID-19 vaccination or testing requirements for entry into Western Australia and/or any requirements imposed to access Tourism Accommodation. Where the guest does not meet a vaccination or testing requirement prior to departure from the guests home location or upon arrival in Western Australia, the customer will forfeit any and all monies paid.
Where the State of Western Australia imposes travel restrictions for Intrastate travellers a credit note for the full value of monies paid to be used for another booking within 3 years.
Where the State Government of Western Australia imposes travel restrictions no refund will be provided for a risk free reservation or fully paid booking made via an online travel agent (Booking.com, Expedia, Wotif, AirBNB).
